Delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your HunnyDo account and all associated data. HunnyDo is published by Open Mind Software LLC. You can delete your account yourself inside the app in under a minute, or email us if you can no longer sign in.

1. Open HunnyDo and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deleted immediately:

• Your account and sign-in email address.
• Your subscription/trial record.
• Your email announcement preference.
• All lists, tasks, and pinned places stored on your device.

Kept, and for how long:

• Nothing is kept by Open Mind Software LLC. There is no additional retention period and no backup copy of your account is retained.
• HunnyDo never stores your location, lists, tasks, or pinned places in the cloud, so there is nothing of that kind on our servers at any time.
• Google Play keeps its own purchase and billing records for your subscription under Google's policies. We cannot delete those.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

If you can no longer sign in, email the support address listed on the HunnyDo Google Play listing from the email address you signed up with, and ask for account deletion. We action requests within 30 days.
